This Valentine’s Day we decided to ask a number of our residents across our ExtraCare locations to let us in on some tips regarding romance.
Ron and Joyce Bond residents at Shenley Wood Village recently discovered they are the longest married couple in Britain.
With a love still burning stronger than ever at 103 and 100 respectively they give us the following advice:
What advice would you give young married couples?
The Bonds: Always pull together, in good times and bad.
What is your favourite thing about one another?
The Bonds: That we look after each other.
How do you keep love alive?
The Bonds: Spend time doing things together that you both enjoy.
Check out the video below where a number of our residents joined The Bonds and offered their own pearls of wisdom on a day recognising romance and love around the world.
