ExtraCare Welcomes New Resident Trustee to the Board
ExtraCare are delighted to announce that one of its respected residents, Mark Jeffery OBE has been named the newest Charity trustee. Mark, a retired RAF Air Commodore with decades of leadership experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for giving back to the Charity.
Adding a resident voice to the experienced Board will ensure that ExtraCare continues to make decisions with resident wellbeing at the front and centre. Trustees are ultimately responsible for the charity, setting the vision, mission and values and working with the Executive Leadership Team to develop the long-term strategy. The Board look forward to working with Mark and continuing to share a united vision of promoting balanced communities which are accessible to all older people regardless of their financial status or housing tenure.
