Communications team shortlisted for Housing Heroes Award

ExtraCare’s communications team has been shortlisted for the ‘Communication team of the year’ category in this year’s Housing Heroes Awards. The category recognises those teams who have delivered exceptional work to raise the profile of its organisation.

Jointly organised by Inside Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Housing Heroes Awards showcase the people that make the housing sector great and reward the hard work of outstanding teams and individuals.

This is not the first time ExtraCare’s team has been recognised at these awards. In 2016 it was named winner in this category for its hard work in promoting the opening of Bournville Gardens and for its work with ITV’s Tonight on tackling isolation.

Winners will be notified at the awards ceremony for more than 1,000 guests at Manchester Central on 24 June.
