BBC Breakfast visit Bournville Gardens Village

ExtraCare’s Bournville Gardens Retirement Village in Birmingham hosted BBC’s Breakfast show this morning.
As part of a series of shows about the Budget, residents at Bournville Gardens and ExtraCare CEO Mick Laverty spoke to presenter Steph McGovern. They discussed their experiences of being part of the retirement village community, and the social and economic impact of ExtraCare’s integrated approach to health, care and lifestyle in Birmingham.
ExtraCare residents and staff were on BBC One from around 6.45am, 7.45am and 8.45am, with additional visits to various parts of the Village at around 6.20am, 7.20am and 8.20am.
