Imperial Court has 41 one and two bedroom apartments.

Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs. We are able to support people living with dementia whose symptoms are conducive to living in an independent setting. Our Team Leader training incorporates a biopsychosocial understanding of dementia so that care planning can be as holistic and individualised as possible. We rely on external statutory and voluntary services to provide any additional specialist dementia and mental health support for our residents.

People without care requirements are also very welcome at Imperial Court.

Anyone over 55 is eligible to apply for a home. Priority is given to local people or those with a local connection.

Our properties are available for rent.

Our Homes

We have 41 apartments, each with one or two bedrooms, a hallway, shower room, kitchen and living room.

Any furniture displayed in images is for guideline purposes only and will not be included in the apartments.

Our Facilities

Craft Room, Garden and Greenhouse, Gym, Guest Suite, Hairdressers, IT Area, Laundry, Library, Lounge, Restaurant/Cafe, Well-being Room and Well-being Bathroom. Imperial Court also has communal parking.

Activity on Referral

Imperial Court now has a qualified Activity on Referral instructor. Find out more at www.northamptonshiresport.org 

Activity on Referral is a countrywide fitness scheme which is available to join through your GP, Practice Nurse or Health Visitor. The scheme is based around a reduced rate leisure membership and combined 12 week programme of physical activity.

Activity on Referral is available to people over 16 years of age who are currently inactive and would benefit from this tailored approach to getting fit.  All participants are fully supported by trained fitness professionals who will be on hand to monitor their progress and provide help and advice.
