Each apartment is built to the highest specifications with its own front door, generous-sized hallway and many with their own balconies or shared patio area.
The spacious rooms are fully accessible, and include double glazing, central heating and helpful details such as wide doors and easy-to-reach switches and fittings.
All homes are designed to be energy-efficient to reduce costs and ensure your comfort.
Kitchens will have high-quality Bosch units, a fitted electric oven, hob and extractor fan. All apartments will have plumbing for a dishwasher.
Living rooms will have connections for phone, broadband, satellite and terrestrial TV, radio, and even a link to the Village’s closed circuit TV channel.
Bedrooms: there will be a choice of one (master) or two bedroom apartments. Phone and TV points are also located in the spacious master bedrooms.
Shower rooms all have modern, high-quality fittings, as well as self-draining, slip resistant floors, and doors that open 180 degrees to allow emergency access.
