Christmas lights switch on at New Oscott Retirement Village

14th December, 2015

There is certainly plenty of colour this year for the festive season at New Oscott Retirement Village.

Not only was a huge Christmas tree illuminated on the bandstand in the Village's large reception area, but other lights provided by PF Productions were also adding more colour.

Resident Ann Middleton switched the lights on during a busy day of activities.

Plantbrook Secondary School provided a brass band to play carols and the residents' choir also sang carols.

Chocolate is Chocolate provided a popular chocolate fountain and sweets.

Activity Facilitator Stuart Hancock said it was obvious everyone enjoyed the day and the colourful displays.
